The Role of Trust in Digital Business

I had the good fortune of being asked to speak to an audience of CIOs on something provocative that might be new and challenging for them. I pitched a discussion of trust and how they could use data ethics to improve trust – and got the green light! Many thanks to the good people at HMG Strategy for hosting the conference and providing the video.

This presentation was the inspiration for the last blog post, What can you do about data ethics in your organization? Lots of good info there, you should check it out if you’re looking to apply any of this at your organization. Accordingly, I committed to creating that post at the end of this video.

I’m open to ideas for a good ending! 🙂
